By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and such changes will take effect upon posting on the Company’s website.

​​​​​​Prohibited Items: The Customer agrees not to ship any illegal, dangerous, or prohibited goods, including but not limited to:

Hazardous materials

Perishable goods (unless expressly agreed)

Packaging: The Customer is responsible for properly packaging shipments to prevent damage during transport. The Company is not liable for damage resulting from inadequate packaging.
​Inspection Rights: The Company reserves the right to open and inspect any shipment without prior notice if it suspects the contents violate these Terms or applicable law.
​​​Payment and Charges
Rates: Shipping rates are determined by the size, weight and value of items purchased. The rates provided are estimates and may be adjusted based on actual shipment details.
​Payment Terms: Payment for services must be PAID IN FULL via online transfer or cash.​
Taxes and Duties: The Customer is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred during shipment.
Delivery
​​​Delivery Times: Any delivery times provided by the Company are estimates only. The Company will not be liable for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond the Company’s control.​
Failed Delivery: Packages held at our facility for over 6 days after the first delivery attempt will incur a storage fee of $200 JMD for each additional day.
​Signature on Delivery: Shipments may require a signature upon delivery. If the recipient is not available, the Company may leave the shipment in a secure location or with an authorized person, as agreed.
Liability and Limitation

The Company shall not be held liable for failure to fulfill its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, terrorism, or governmental restrictions.
Indemnification
​​​​​The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of:

Any claims by third parties arising from the use of the Service.
