Important Information to Keep in Mind
● Packages valuing more than $100 USD will incur customs duties.
● Packages valuing $100 USD and less will only be charged based on their weight.
● To facilitate a smooth customs clearance process and minimize the chances of package delays, kindly ensure that all invoices are uploaded within 24 hours of receiving the delivery notification for the package at our warehouse.
● Packages exceeding 20 lbs will be charged 500 JMD for the total weight for example 21lbs x 500 JMD.
● A processing fee of $200 JMD will be charged for orders under $100 USD, while a handling fee of $500 JMD applies to orders over $100 USD.
Disclaimer
Packages held at our facility for over 5 days after the first delivery attempt will incur a storage fee of $200 JMD for each additional day.
All packages remaining at our facility after a period of 30 days, will be auctioned to offset expenses, including freight charges and clearance fees.
Please be advised that shipping fragile items is done at your own risk. It is important to note that our warehouse policy does not encompass inspections of televisions or mirrors for damages upon arrival.
